Your Freelancer Hub

The Freelancer Hub is your engine room. Everything the client sees and everything that moves your money lives here, across 10 tabs. This article is the map: what each one is for and where to read more about it.

Click Hub in the top menu. The address is findmygig.app/studio/hub. Your account menu also has a Carteira / Saque shortcut that opens the Hub straight on the wallet tab.

The tab that opens by default is Vitrine — your home screen.

The screen title reads Freelancer Hub. On desktop you also get a VISÃO FREELANCER badge next to it and the Ver Vitrine button, which opens your public page in a new tab exactly as the client sees it. On mobile both disappear — and the app’s top title still says “Studio Hub”. It’s the same Hub, don’t worry.

Right above the tabs there’s a banner with Saldo Disponível, the amount (e.g. R$ 1.234,56) and the Sacar via PIX button. Click anywhere on the banner and you land on the Carteira & KYC tab.

That banner only exists once your identity verification (KYC) is approved. Before that it simply isn’t there — not a bug, just the order of things. It also disappears while you’re already inside the wallet tab, since the balance is already on screen there.

#TabWhat it’s for
1VitrineYour public page: name, bio, specialties, links, Rate Card.
2Serviços & PreçosWhat you sell and for how much. Without it, nobody can hire you.
3Minha DisponibilidadeYour hours per weekday. This is where the client’s time slots come from.
4Espaços VirtuaisYour freelancer calendar (or an actual room, if you have one).
5ProjetosYour bands, tribute acts and projects linked to your profile.
6Armazenamento CloudYour cloud quota and the files delivered on projects.
7Carteira & KYCIdentity verification, balance and PIX withdrawals.
8Assistente IAThe bot that answers your clients on WhatsApp.
9Histórico de WorkspaceAll your service contracts, active and past.
10Histórico de TrabalhoYour credits and work history, with Muso.ai integration.

The header reads Detalhes do Perfil“Como seu estúdio aparece na vitrine pública.” This is where you fill in Nome / Artístico, Minhas Especialidades, Minha Biografia and your links. Up top there’s Gerar Rate Card (PDF); once it’s ready, the button turns into Baixar Rate Card (PDF).

“Serviços Profissionais”“Gerencie pacotes de serviços e vincule-os diretamente aos seus espaços físicos ou agendas.” This is your real price list, the one the client clicks. Without at least one service, your storefront looks great and has no hire button.

More: Services

“Disponibilidade Semanal”“Defina seus horários de trabalho. Dias marcados como fechados não aceitarão agendamentos.” You pick in 30-minute steps, from 00:00 to 23:30, day by day.

This tab is the only source of your hours. Don’t look for it on the Vitrine: it was pulled out of there precisely so two screens can’t disagree.

More: Your availability

The key control here is the Agenda Virtual (Master Calendar) toggle — “Marque esta opção se este for o seu calendário de freelancer, e não uma sala física.” With it on, a Máx. Revisões field shows up too (default 3).

Two things worth knowing: you can upload at most 15 images per space, and if the space already has bookings in its history the app won’t let you delete it — it tells you to use the amber Desativar button instead.

“Projetos”“Gerencie seus atos de performance, bandas cover e projetos criativos vinculados.” You either Criar Novo Projeto (name, custom URL and bio) or Vincular existente, if the project already exists on FindMyGig. To drop one, you unlink it — and it asks for confirmation first.

Your cloud quota and the big project files. You get the Armazenamento em Nuvem bar with “{used} usados de {limit} de limite”, the Arquivos do Projeto list (with search, Abrir Workspace and Baixar Arquivo) and a warning when you’re getting close to the ceiling.

Where your digital wallet is born. It opens with Verificação de Identidade“Precisamos verificar legalmente sua identidade antes de gerar sua carteira digital segura.” — and a short walkthrough: Informações PessoaisEndereço.

Once approved, this is where you cash out. Withdrawals are locked down on purpose:

  • You need a password set and 2FA enabled (the app sends you to Configurações → Segurança if either is missing).
  • At withdrawal time it asks for your password and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  • The PIX key must be your own registered CPF/CNPJ: “Por segurança, só é possível sacar para uma chave PIX que seja o seu próprio CPF/CNPJ cadastrado.”

All good, and you get “Saque via PIX iniciado com sucesso!”.

This tab also holds the gateway-fee pass-through switch — on, “o cliente passa a cobrir a taxa do gateway”; off, you go back to absorbing it.

“Configurações de IA”“Gerencie seu bot de atendimento via WhatsApp.” The robot that answers clients while you’ve got headphones on.

“Histórico do Workspace”“Visualize seus contratos de serviço passados e ativos.” Your job list: date, reference, client, total and status. You can filter by Todos os Status / Projetos Ativos / Concluídos / Cancelados, search by client or reference, sort by date, client or value, and each row’s Workspace button takes you straight into that gig’s Workspace.

Your credits — what you’ve done and who with. It integrates with Muso.ai (“Tem trabalhos no Muso.ai?”): you connect, sync, and imported credits get the “Créditos verificados · Muso.ai” badge. Every credit has an Alternar visibilidade button, so anything you’d rather not show gets marked “Oculto do perfil público” and drops off your storefront.

On desktop the tabs sit in a side menu that follows you as you scroll. On your phone they collapse into a dropdown list right above the content — same 10 tabs, same order. If you went looking for the side menu and couldn’t find it, that’s why.

So you don’t waste time hunting:

  • No POS, no “Abrir Turno”. That’s for physical studios with a front desk.
  • No staff tab. Freelancers are solo here — if you build a crew for a job, that happens inside the gig’s Workspace, not in the Hub.
  • No gear, add-ons, customers, expenses or client files. Those are all physical-studio tabs.
  • It manages one profile only. There’s no entity switcher inside the Hub.
  • This isn’t where you become a Freelancer. That profile type is picked at signup; the Hub just runs what already exists.
