The perfect storefront: step by step

The “perfect storefront” is your fully completed StudioHub: an attractive public page, clear services and prices, open availability, and everything the client needs to book without doubts. A complete storefront converts more — when the client finds price, photos, policies, and hours all in one place, they book on the spot instead of leaving to ask on WhatsApp.

The StudioHub is the hub where you set everything up. It is shared by physical studios and freelancers, but the tabs change depending on your account type. Follow the right path below, in tab order — it already follows the ideal setup sequence.

1. Storefront. This is the editor for your public page: logo/photo, name, public link (custom URL), bio, phone, location, social media, and policies. Done well means name, bio, and photo filled in — that is the minimum to publish. Here you also set the Deposit / Advance Payment % (default 50%). Public storefront

2. Rooms & pricing. Register each bookable space: name, capacity, description, up to 15 photos, pricing model (hourly, daily, or flat rate), and an optional off-peak rate. Done well = each room with real photos and the right pricing model. Rooms and pricing

3. Services. CRUD for the services you offer (recording, mixing, production…), each with a pricing model: hourly, daily, flat, or per unit. Done well = active services with clear pricing. There is a limit on services per plan. Services

4. Add-ons. Items and extras the client adds at checkout — drinks, snacks, equipment, service fee — with a unit price and stock. Done well = popular extras registered to increase the ticket. Equipment and add-ons

5. Equipment. The studio’s inventory with photos and status. On indie+ plans you can make items available for rental and list them on the Equipment Market for sale. Done well = a catalog that showcases your setup. Equipment and add-ons

6. Hours. Your operating hours by day of the week — they now accept half-hour intervals (e.g., 09:30–18:30). The client can only book within the windows you open up, including multi-day bookings. Done well = real availability with no gaps. Hours and availability

7. Team. Available to owners and managers: invite collaborators and set roles (Manager or Staff). Each role sees different things — Staff runs day-to-day operations, Managers also see the financials and manage the team, and only the Owner touches the wallet and the plan. Done well = team invited within your plan’s limit. Team: roles and permissions

8. AI Assistant. For owners and managers: automatic replies on WhatsApp. Done well = common questions answered on their own, without you stopping everything to respond. AI Assistant on WhatsApp

9. Orders. The history of bookings and orders with status. Search covers all orders and filters by reference number, client name, and amount. A completed order is locked (read-only). Used well = you track everything from one place. Using the Workspace

10. History. Your work and accumulated credits. Done well = a portfolio that reinforces your reputation. Your metrics (Analytics)

4. Virtual spaces. The same CRUD as rooms, but for virtual sessions. Each virtual space can set a “max. revisions” value, used in the creators’ revision flow. Done well = virtual spaces with a clear revision limit. Rooms and pricing

5. Projects. Where you organize projects and bands and deliver files to clients. Done well = deliveries organized by project. Using the Workspace

6. R2 Storage. Your storage quota for delivered files. Used well = you track the available space before uploading large deliveries. Using the Workspace

7. Wallet & KYC. Exclusive to freelancers (studios use their own POS). Your account is operated by Asaas (a payment institution). Here you complete KYC registration to receive payments, track your balance, withdraw via PIX with 2FA, and (optionally) turn on passing the gateway fee to the client. Done well = an active, verified wallet. Setting up your wallet
