Project Files & Escrow
The Project Files section gathers everything sent in the Workspace, organized and with the escrow rules applied automatically — the client sees what exists, but only takes the finals after paying.
How it’s organized
Section titled “How it’s organized”Files come in two sections:
- Producer deliveries — grouped by version (newest open, older ones collapsed), and by track when it’s multi-track.
- Client files — references the client uploaded, the payment receipt, etc.
What each side can do
Section titled “What each side can do”Before the final payment, for the client:

The producer (project owner) downloads everything, always.
Paid outside the app
Section titled “Paid outside the app”If the client paid the producer directly (PIX in hand, cash), the producer can mark the payment as paid externally. The app:
- Cancels the gateway charge (so no one pays twice), and
- Records the payment in the history.
From there, the project continues as usual: approved and paid, the finals unlock.
