Your public storefront (Storefront)
The Storefront is the first tab in the Studio Hub and acts as the editor for your public page — the one clients see when they open your profile to book you. Everything you fill in here is shown to the client, so make it count: it’s your business card inside FindMyGig.
The storefront fields
Section titled “The storefront fields”Each field below makes up the page the client sees.
Logo / photo
Section titled “Logo / photo”Your brand image or professional photo. It’s the first thing the client sees at the top of the page. Use a sharp, well-framed image.
Your studio name or your professional name. It’s how you appear in search and at the top of the storefront.
Public link (vanity URL)
Section titled “Public link (vanity URL)”The address of your public page. This is the link you share on WhatsApp, Instagram, and your social bios — it takes the client straight to your storefront and into the booking flow.
Bio (required)
Section titled “Bio (required)”A short description of who you are and what you do. The bio is required to publish the storefront, so write something that tells your story and shows what sets you apart.
The contact the client can use to reach you. It’s also used for booking notifications and communication.
Location
Section titled “Location”Where you work. For physical studios, it helps the client know where the space is; for freelancers, it shows your service area.
Links / social
Section titled “Links / social”Your external profiles and channels — Instagram, website, portfolio. They’re displayed on the storefront so clients can see more of your work.
Policies
Section titled “Policies”The rules of your operation: cancellation, late arrivals, rescheduling, what’s included. Make everything clear here to avoid misunderstandings after a booking.
Deposit % / Upfront Payment
Section titled “Deposit % / Upfront Payment”The percentage the client pays upfront to confirm the booking. The default is 50%.
Google Reviews
Section titled “Google Reviews”If your business already has reviews on Google Maps, you can bring your rating and comments into your storefront — no typing required, no OAuth, no Google login. This field has its own action and doesn’t depend on the Save button below.
Click Search my business on Google. The app searches by the name and address you already have on file and shows up to 5 results for you to confirm — the search never links on its own, you always pick the right match.
Once confirmed, your rating, total review count, and up to 5 comments appear on your public storefront, with the Google mark and a “See all reviews on Google” link. It refreshes automatically about once a week — you don’t need to reconnect. Want it gone? The Unlink button removes it instantly.
Save and preview
Section titled “Save and preview”At the top of the tab there are two buttons:
- Save — a global button that writes all storefront changes at once. Whenever you change any field, click Save before leaving.
- Preview storefront — opens a preview of your public page in a new tab, exactly as the client will see it. Use it to check before sharing the link.
Publishing the storefront
Section titled “Publishing the storefront”For your storefront to be visible and accept bookings, the essential fields must be filled in:
- Name
- Bio (required)
- Photo / logo
With these filled in, you can publish. The remaining fields (links, policies, location) make the page more complete and professional, but the three above are the minimum to publish.
