Your work history

Nobody hires the person who says they’re good. They hire the one who has proof. The Histórico de Trabalho (Work History) tab is your proof: the list of jobs you’ve already delivered, with a Verified badge the client can’t fake. It’s what turns your storefront from “trust me” into “here’s what I’ve actually done”.

Freelancer Hub → Histórico de Trabalho (Work History) tab (direct link: /studio/hub?tab=credits). Next to the heading, once you have credits, a little pill shows the total count — your scoreboard.

The key part: this same list also shows up on your public storefront, the way a client sees it. There it’s read-only — the client looks, doesn’t touch. So what you organize here is what sells you there.

You don’t type anything. Credits arrive by two paths, and both already come stamped as verified:

Every time a job is completed inside the platform, the system creates a credit on its own — automatic, nothing for you to do. It’s born tied to the real gig that happened, so there’s no inflating it: if the credit exists, the work existed and got paid here.

These show up with a green check and the Verificado (Verified) label, grouped by service type.

Muso.ai is an official industry credits database — where the tracks you worked on are logged, with artist, role and album art. If you have a profile there, you can import all of it over here.

These credits come in with a blue “Muso.ai” tag on the row and a blue check that reads “Importado do Muso.ai (Verificado)” (Imported from Muso.ai — Verified). They collapse into a single block at the top of the list, labelled “Créditos verificados · Muso.ai” (Verified credits · Muso.ai) — and that block always sorts first. Each row shows the track title, your role and the artist, the album art, and the release date.

At the top of your public page, once you have at least one credit, a little teal badge appears: “{X} créditos verificados” ({X} verified credits). Tap or hover and it explains: “Créditos verificados: trabalhos confirmados e sincronizados do Muso.ai — a base de dados oficial de créditos da indústria musical. É uma prova externa do portfólio deste profissional.” (Verified credits: confirmed work synced from Muso.ai — the official industry credits database. External proof of this professional’s portfolio.)

That’s the hook. It’s the first thing that shouts “this one’s for real” before the client even scrolls. With zero credits, the badge simply doesn’t show — one more reason to connect Muso.ai if you already have work logged there.

Worth saying plainly, because a lot of people go looking: there’s no “add credit” button here. You don’t type, rename, reorder or delete an individual credit. That’s on purpose — it’s exactly what makes the badge worth anything. If you could just write “played with So-and-so” by hand, it would prove nothing.

What you can do on this tab is: connect / sync / unlink Muso.ai, and hide a credit from your public profile. That’s it. The rest is automatic.

The whole Muso.ai connect panel is owner-only. Clients and visitors never see it — for them there’s just the public credit list and the badge up top.

While you haven’t connected, a banner shows up:

Tem trabalhos no Muso.ai? (Got work on Muso.ai?) Importe sua Discografia e Créditos Verificados (Import your discography and verified credits)

Click Sincronizar Agora (Sync Now) and the search opens:

  1. In the “Busque pelo seu nome artístico no Muso.ai…” (Search for your artist name on Muso.ai…) field, type your name and click Buscar (Search).
  2. Pick your profile from the list and click Próximo (Next) to link it.

Can’t find yourself by name? You can also paste the link to your Muso.ai profile (credits.muso.ai/profile/...) or the profile ID straight into the search field. If nobody comes back, the screen says “Nenhum perfil encontrado.” (No profile found.)

The moment you link, the platform fires one first sync on its own — you don’t have to click anything again to pull your credits that first time.

With Muso.ai linked, the panel shows which profile is connected and the time of the Última sincronização (Last sync). Two buttons:

  • Sincronizar Agora (Sync Now) — pulls again whatever’s new on your Muso.ai. While it runs, it turns into Sincronizando… (Syncing…).
  • Desvincular (Unlink) — detaches Muso.ai from your profile.

Not every job is one you want on the storefront. Hovering over each credit, the owner gets an eye button (Alternar visibilidade / Toggle visibility). Click it and that credit leaves your public profile and gets the “Oculto do perfil público” (Hidden from public profile) mark.

If you haven’t closed a gig here yet and haven’t connected Muso.ai, the tab shows: “Nenhum histórico de trabalho verificado ainda.” (No verified work history yet.) It’s just the starting line — close your first job or import your discography and the list starts filling in.

The list shows up to 100 credits at a time. If you have more than that, a Carregar mais (Load more) button appears at the bottom. Most profiles don’t come anywhere near that number, so you’ll probably see everything at once.

  • Doesn’t create credits by hand. Only a completed gig or Muso.ai makes a credit.
  • Doesn’t edit, rename or reorder a credit.
  • Doesn’t refresh Muso.ai on its own — the sync is on-click.
  • Doesn’t keep hidden ones in a drawer for you to switch back on here.
  • Doesn’t show the connect panel to clients. That part’s yours alone.
