Creating a gig/project

You can create a project manually — useful for studio walk-ins, band gigs, or any service arranged directly with the client.

Before creating projects and receiving payments, set up your wallet: Setting up your wallet

  1. From the dashboard, go to Projects and tap New project.
  2. Search for the client — use the autocomplete search field to find a registered client by name, email, or phone. If it’s a new client, register them before continuing.
  3. Choose the services — select the type of service (e.g., recording, production, photography) and set the dates and times.
  4. Review the summary — check the amounts, client, and dates.
  5. Tap Create project to finish.

When you create the project, the Workspace opens automatically. From there:

  1. Deposit — request the initial deposit (50%). The client receives the payment link by email and WhatsApp.
  2. In progress — once the deposit is paid, the project enters execution. You can log expenses and the crew involved.
  3. Final payment — when the work is complete, request the final payment. The amount already accounts for the remaining balance, expenses, and crew.
  4. Completed — after the final payment, the project is locked and saved to the history.
