Before you withdraw

Step by step

1. Open the Wallet tab and check your available balance.
2. Click Withdraw via PIX.
3. Enter the amount.
4. Provide the PIX key — see the security rule below.
5. Confirm with your password and the 2FA code from your authenticator app.

Done — the PIX is sent to your account.

Only to your own CPF/CNPJ

For security reasons, withdrawals are only allowed to a PIX key of the CPF or CNPJ type that matches the document registered in your wallet. Email, phone, or random keys are not accepted. This is what prevents someone from diverting your money.

Frequently asked questions

Why does it ask for the 2FA code every time? Each withdrawal requires a fresh code from your app — it’s the layer that ensures it’s really you, even if someone has your password.

My only PIX key is email/phone. What now? Register (at your bank) the key tied to your CPF/CNPJ and use it here. It’s the only accepted method, precisely for your protection.

I received a withdrawal alert that wasn’t me. Change your password immediately and contact support. We send security alerts on sensitive actions (withdrawal, password/email change, 2FA deactivation).
