Track Review

When the work is audio (mix, master, editing, production), the Workspace adds Track Review: a player where the client listens to the preview, leaves time-stamped comments, and approves — all inside the project, no chasing feedback on WhatsApp.

Delivery is simple: upload a review .mp3. That upload is the delivery — it sends the project to the client’s review right away and the status becomes In Review.

In the player, the client:

  1. Hits play and listens to the preview (no download needed).
  2. Leaves a time-stamped recall — e.g. “at 2:24, bring up the guitar”. The producer sees exactly where.
  3. Can reply inside the recall — one conversation per comment, no clutter.

The producer resolves the recalls one by one and uploads the next version (v1 → v2 → v3…).

If the client replies to a recall that was already marked resolved, it reopens — like a ticket. That way nothing gets lost: a last-minute question doesn’t stay buried in a closed comment.

If the service is per song (e.g. “Editing — R$ 250 per track”), the project becomes multi-track: a playlist with all the songs next to the player. The producer labels which track each file is on upload.

Once the track is right, the client approves. Approval:

  • Closes the review and moves the project to Awaiting final payment.
  • Fires the final charge (secure link by email and WhatsApp).

With the final payment confirmed, the high-res files (WAV/stems) unlock in the Project Files section and the client downloads everything. The project completes and locks in the history.
