Your calendar

The calendar brings together all your bookings and events in a single calendar view — confirmed bookings, gigs, and projects in progress, all in the same place.

Use the navigation arrows to move forward or back between weeks and months. You can also switch between the available views:

  • Month — an overview of the period.
  • Week — a day-by-day breakdown, ideal for checking availability.
  • Day — an hour-by-hour view of a single day.

Each event in the calendar has a color that indicates its status:

StatusWhat it means
Awaiting depositBooking confirmed, awaiting the customer’s first payment.
In progressDeposit paid — work is underway.
In reviewProject delivered, awaiting the customer’s approval.
Awaiting final paymentReview approved; final payment requested.
CompletedFinal payment received — project closed.
CancelledBooking cancelled by either party.

Click any event in the calendar to see a quick summary: customer, service, time, and status. To access the full project (expenses, crew, payment history), click Open Workspace inside the details panel.

Blocking your calendar (holiday, day off, maintenance)

Section titled “Blocking your calendar (holiday, day off, maintenance)”

Closing for a holiday, got a personal commitment, a room going into maintenance? You block the period right on your dashboard calendar. The flow is the same for physical studios, producers and crew.

  1. On desktop, click + Novo Walk-in (or press B with the calendar open, which drops you straight into blocking).
  2. At the top of the window there are two tabs: Criar gig (create gig) and Bloquear agenda (block calendar). Click Bloquear agenda. While the window is open, the C and B keys switch between the two.
  3. In O que é? (what is it?), type the reason (holiday, maintenance…). Leave it blank and the block shows up as Indisponível (unavailable).
  4. Pick the period on the window’s calendar: the first click picks the day, the second closes the range. The De (from) and Até (to) fields fill in by themselves, and you can adjust them by hand.
  5. Dia(s) inteiro(s) (whole day(s)) comes checked. Uncheck it to block just part of the day, then pick Início (start) and Fim (end).
  6. If you have more than one room (or space), a Sala (room) field shows up: pick one room or O estúdio inteiro (the whole studio). With a single room, the block applies to it.
  7. Click Bloquear agenda. The app confirms with “Agenda bloqueada.”

The block shows on the calendar in purple, with the reason as its title and the Bloqueado (blocked) status in the legend.

  • Nobody books over it. The time disappears from your storefront, and the system refuses any new booking in that period, including a walk-in you try to enter yourself at the front desk.
  • It’s not a gig. No Workspace, no client, no amount, and it doesn’t count toward revenue or room occupancy.
  • In iCal it shows as a closure. If you subscribe to your calendar in Google or Apple Calendar, the block arrives as [FECHADO] (closed) followed by the reason, not as a gig.

Click the block on the calendar. The Bloqueio de agenda (calendar block) panel opens, with the reason, the period and the rooms it covers.

  • Editar (edit) opens the same form, pre-filled. Change what you need and click Salvar alterações (save changes). If the new period overlaps a session, the same warning as above shows up.
  • Liberar agenda (release) asks for confirmation first. A whole-studio block is released all at once, in every room, and the warning tells you how many rooms go back to accepting bookings.

A block can’t be dragged or stretched on the grid like a gig: to change its time, use Editar.

On the studio, producer and crew dashboards, the client’s phone shows up under their name. If the number is dialable, it becomes a green link with the WhatsApp icon: one click opens the chat (Chamar no WhatsApp). A number too short to dial, with no area code, shows as plain text. A booking with no phone shows nothing.

  • Booking made by the client: it’s the phone they entered for that booking. If they didn’t enter one, their profile phone is used.
  • Walk-in: it’s the phone on their card in the Clientes (customers) tab.

The Nova Reserva (new booking) e-mail you get when a client books also carries the Telefone (phone), with a WhatsApp link when the number is dialable.

On the studio dashboard, when you cancel a booking you can type a Motivo do cancelamento (opcional) (cancellation reason, optional). That text goes to the client and stays saved on the booking: open a cancelled booking and you see Reserva cancelada (somente leitura) (cancelled booking, read-only) with the Motivo (reason) below it, even after reloading the page.
